2. Approval of Minutes from October 1, 2020 meeting was unanimous.

3. Treasurer’s Report
   Jennifer Lis, Treasurer
   The current balance is about $98k, projected to be reduced by $10k this year due to lack of revenue from Community House. Insurance payments due soon. Recently, the balance has not declined due to lower costs, and BSCL has received a donation to install a memorial bench but has yet to contract for the work.

4. Election for Board of Directors nominee Paula Levin Alcorn
   Unanimously elected

5. New Business

   1. Thank you to Maeve Ward for organizing fun events for a safe Halloween! She did an outstanding job. It was lots of fun.

   2. December Holiday Party at the Community House is cancelled. When asked if anyone who has been involved with the Holiday Party in recent years is interested in organizing a holiday Zoom meeting geared towards children, no meeting attendees expressed interest.

   3. AC Dialogues on Race and Equity programs: this ongoing effort could use some participation from every neighborhood. The President encouraged Barcrofters to take the individual assessments that are part of this program. When asked, no interest was evinced in having the BSCL participate in the DRE dialogues for community groups.
