Dear Mr. Colburn,

It has come to my attention that the permit application to serve alcohol at the Hi Cue Billiard Hall, 940A South George Mason Drive in Arlington, is currently under review. I would like to voice my strong opposition to the granting of this permit. I join the Barcroft Civic Association and many of the constituents in my district in expressing my concern that previous occurrences of violence, including murders, at this establishment make it a poor risk. Serving alcoholic beverages will only add to the potential for violence that has already raised serious and justifiable neighborhood concern.
