Hi Cue Denied Liquor License

The decision from the ABC Board




On June 15, 2004, The Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board mailed to Hi Cue Billiards a Notice of Initial Decision and Right of Appeal. The decision was to deny Hi Cue's application for a permit to serve alcoholic beverages. Hi Cue had 30 days to appeal. They did not do so, so the decision is final.
