Barcroft News: newsxxxx.pdf
Where xxxx is the date with year first, then month
Example - Barcroft News for December, 1974 would be news7412.pdf

Minutes of meetings: minxxxx.pdf

Minutes of Board meetings: minbdxxxx.pdf

Crime Reports: crepxxxx.htm

Other files mostly use 8 character names, but can exceed.
No spaces. All lower case.
