Barcroft Community House, 7:00 p.m.

Board discussed viability of increasing rental fee for Community House. Treasurer estimates losing $200 in expenses for the Community House over revenue per month.
Proposal to increase rates to:
$20 from current $18.75/hr for Members on the weekends;
$40 from current $37.50 for non-Members on weekends; and
$15 from current $10 for weekdays for any user.
Proposal passed, unanimous. New rates to begin July 1 for new users. For current users, existing contracts to be honored. Current users to be advised of new pricing upon contract renewal.
