Is the Journal trashing your street?A note from our PresidentI have been alerted by Ms. Supo of Arliington County's Consumer Affairs that they have been receiving a number of phone calls with complaints about the Journal delivery. She asked me to inform you that all complaints need to be submitted in writing first before any action can be taken. There is an online complaint form that can be found at this location. She also stated that the County cannot garuntee any change on the part of the Northern Virginia Journal. The Journal is not in violation of any County or Commonwealth ordinances. Upon receiving complaints, they will be directed to the paper. She also suggested that complaints can be directed to the Journal's circulation director: David Gasperetti 703 846-8415
