or codes, please complete this form. Code Enforcement staff will review completed
forms. Property Maintenance, Care of Premises, and Zoning cases will be assigned to
an inspector for investigation and resolution. Complaints involving ordinances or codes
enforced by other county agencies will be forwarded to the appropriate agency.
